They work well, but after a few months of use we noticed that the plastic on the panels began to get quite sticky and hard to clean. To our surprise after we took them down we found that some of the gaps between the panels began to look bigger until eventually they started to peak out from the fabric.

Sliding Panel Vertical Blinds :

The third set we looked at were called Sliding Panel Vertical Blinds and they consist of three different sized panels that slide up and down on casters. For the most part the Sliding Panels performed well, but one of our testers experienced some difficulty when trying to raise the shades with the remote control buttons. Even though the controls worked, this particular model didn't have very good insulation and really wasn't as energy efficient as the other two. The colors on these slats were also a little bit off compared to others. The colors on the bottom did not look right to us and we were also able to get squeakier when raising and lowering the shades using the remote.

Fabric Overlay Vertical Blinds :

Finally, the last set we looked at was called Fabric Overlay Vertical Blinds which is a completely new approach to the modern look. This product combines the benefits of modern window treatments with the comfort of Vertical blinds suppliers in dubai through the use of thick fabrics. The fabric is used to cover the slats and then the heavier fabrics are installed on the top. The fabrics make the shades really thick and the material has an open feel to it. We tried the product for several days and we found that they easily snuggled into our homes without making any noise.
